How to Start your Life Long Journey

The first step is learning about you. We will need to collect a small amount of background information, to determine what you know. Then we will discuss what your goals are, in order to build a program which aligns with what you set out to achieve.

During this initial session, we will discuss which of our services would best fit your wants and needs. We will build your plan together and determine how often we should meet.


Individualized Nutrition & Lifestyle Counseling

Creating a healthy lifestyle begins with your nutrition. The process can be very complex and confusing. To overcome this barrier, we will work together to create a plan. In order to make sure you are successful in what you set out to do, we will use S.M.A.R.T. Goals. They are:

  • Specific
  • Measureable
  • Attainable
  • Realistic
  • Time-Bound

Personal Training

Staying active comes in many forms. Some of us idolize specific athletes that have been proven to be the peak in their field. Examples of athletic activities often associated with include:

  • BodyBuilding
  • Powerlifting
  • Yoga
  • Skiing
  • Swimming
  • Martial Arts
  • Dancing

Those are only a few examples. Walking is often forgotten about and is important no matter the amount of movement in your daily routine. We will discuss this and determine what is the best option or combination for you. 


Food Systems Education

As it is seen in the name, Food Systems is a huge passion here at Farm to Body Wellness. Learning where our food comes from and how it is either grown or raised, is a lost understanding.

There are numerous pathways our food travels in, many of which are extremely confusing. We will discussthe basics of “Whole” foods and the difference between them and products that look like food.


Culinary School At Home

Originally, this idea was going to be a short series of classes that was designed in a manner that is not client-centered. Instead, each class will be created for the individual. Each person is difffernt and has different levels of cooking.
